However, it does not mean static robotics research because the race is done from year to year seem monotonous. A number of world-level robotics competition was won. Evidently, Team Digital, London, won two gold medals in the event the "8th Annual Robogames" held in San Mateo, California, USA, on 15-17 April 2011 Two gold medals each for the category "Fire Fighting" and "Ribbon Climber". In this event there are five categories in the competition namely "Mech Wars", "Sumo 3 kg", "Ribbon Climber", "Fire Fighting", and "Maze / MicroMouse". No kidding that was defeated robot makers from the United States.
Category robotic climber is the first band followed by the Master and direct the team win. Last year, the team just follow the Master category "Fire Fighting" and this year and also got a gold medal. This victory was awesome because Robogames is one of the largest robot competition in the world.
UNIKOM team that went to the United States with his mentor, Yeka Yusrila Korlooza is Saffarudin Ariyani Day, Taufiq Nuzwir Nizar, and Ridyan Ardiyan. On that occasion Yusrila who is also a lecturer in the Master had the opportunity to deliver a presentation titled "The MFIBVP Computation: Precision vs. Response Time Trade-Off" to the participants.
Victory in Robogames an accomplishment achieved both the Master robot teams. Earlier, in a robot competition Trinity College Fire Fighting Home Robot Contest in Hartford, Connecticut, USA, 9 to 10 April 2011, the same team also carried off three champions. Three student-made robot wins the first prize for the Master RoboWaiter category, the first prize advanced level, as well as first prize at the standard level.
